Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade took part in the 14th Governing Council Meeting (CAREC)

On December 1, 2023, the 14th meeting of the governing council (CAREC) was held in Tbilisi, Georgia, in which the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Vosidien Farhod Sadullo participated and spoke.

Vosidiyon F. S., thanking the Georgian side for the high level of preparation and organization of the 14th meeting of the governing council (CARECA), noted that Tajikistan, under the wise and far-sighted policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, pays special attention to attention to strengthening economic cooperation within CAREC and called on member countries to strengthen close regional cooperation.

During the meeting, participants gave priority attention to reporting issues on completed work, the employee recruitment plan and the budget report and exchanged views on these issues.

At the end of the event, the Governing Council, as the highest body of CARECA, made relevant decisions on further strengthening cooperation.

It should be noted that CAREC was established in 2001, its member countries are Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, People's Republic of China, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Afghanistan.
