On January 12, 2025, the official delegation of Tajikistan led by the Minister of Economic Development and Trade/Plenipotentiary Representative of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) from the Republic of Tajikistan Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin, together with the First Deputy Minister of Finance, Alternate Governor of the IDB Majidi Yusuf Khairullo, took part and spoke at the consultative meeting of the governors of the IDB member countries dedicated to the discussion of the 10-year Strategy of the Bank for 2026-2035, which was held in the city of Medina, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Today, at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Solehzoda Ashurboy Abduvohid, with the participation of the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on Economic Issues, Hikmatullozoda Nematullo, deputy ministers, heads of structural divisions, heads of subordinate institutions, trade representatives in foreign countries, and employees of the Central Apparatus, a meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan was held. The meeting summarized the results of the social and economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan and the ministry's activities in 2024 and set tasks for 2025.

In order to fulfill the instructions and orders of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon, and the order of the Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated December 16, 2024 No. 24 / 10-333, on January 11, 2025, with the participation of the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Solehzodа Ashurboy Abduvоkhid, a final meeting of the socio-economic development of the Pyanj district in 2024 and tasks for 2025 was held.
