The 16th meeting of the Coordinating Committee on Trade Facilitation was held

On June 6, 2023, the 16th meeting of the Trade Facilitation Coordinating Committee (CCFTC) was held under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Nuriddinzoda Ahliddin Nuriddin.

The meeting discussed the application of best practices in the implementation of the authorized economic regulator, proposals to reduce the list of goods, works and services subject to mandatory certification, the implementation of the "thermal regime", etc.

Nuriddinzoda A. N. noted that thanks to the wise and far-sighted policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, a number of significant works were carried out directly in the country in the areas indicated, to simplify trade procedures, and the ministries and departments jointly with the private sector and development partners regularly take action under the TPCC.

Also during the meeting, a free dialogue took place between representatives of state bodies and the private sector, which directly contribute to the implementation of strategic documents and the sustainable economic development of the country.

At the end of the meeting, the TPCC adopted the relevant decisions on the agenda items and sent them to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for further steps.
