Republican headquarters for the implementation of the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

On December 9, 2023, a meeting of the Republican Headquarters was held to implement the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 28, 2023, No. 125 “On the timely preparation of sectors of the economy and social sphere of the republic for uninterrupted and effective activities in the autumn-winter period of 2023-2024,” in which preparation of the Khatlon region for winter was considered.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Usmonzoda Usmonali Yunusali with the participation of representatives of line ministries and departments-members of the Republican Headquarters and chairmen of executive bodies of state power of the Khatlon region, its cities and districts.

In order to study the actual state of implementation of this decision, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, a working group was created from representatives of the relevant line ministries and departments, a working trip was made to the cities and districts of the Khatlon region, including institutions in the fields of education, healthcare, culture, transport, industrial enterprises, housing and communal services, for uninterrupted and efficient activities in the autumn-winter period of 2023-2024, and also discussed and submitted relevant reports to the government of the republic.

During the meeting, reports were presented by the leadership of the executive body of government of the Khatlon region, its cities and districts; during the meeting, opinions were expressed on the existing shortcomings and problems in each of the cities and districts of the region in connection with the financing of the purchase and storage of combustible materials and reserves food and gravity, preparation of energy facilities and other issues.

As a result, the head of the Republican Headquarters, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Usmonzoda Usmonali Yunusali, gave specific instructions to the relevant ministries and departments and executive authorities of the Khatlon region with regard to ensuring the implementation of the plan for storing the necessary materials and timely preparation of the socio-economic spheres of the region for uninterrupted and effective activities in the autumn-winter period 2023-2024.
