Press conference at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade

Today, in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, in order to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated September 15, 2011 No. AP-1729 "On the plan for organizing and holding press conferences in ministries and departments, organizations and institutions, executive bodies of state power of GBAO, regions, the city of Dushanbe and cities and districts of republican subordination", a press conference was held-Conference on the results of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan and the activities of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade for the first half of 2024.

 The press conference was chaired by the leadership of the Ministry with the broad participation of representatives of domestic and foreign media (more than 35 representatives).

At the beginning of the press conference, Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin presented a detailed overview of the results of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan and the activities of the Ministry in the first half of 2024. At the same time, a press release in Tajik and Russian was presented to media representatives.

During the press conference, the Ministry's leadership answered questions from media representatives on various issues of the socio-economic situation of the country, including economic development, the activities of free economic zones, the implementation of strategies and programs, the development of artificial intelligence, digital and green economy, foreign economic cooperation, etc.
