A meeting of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and participation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the International Exhibition EXPO-2025 in Osaka, Japan was held

  

In order to ensure the worthy participation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Exhibition, the Organizing Committee for the preparation and participation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the International ExhibitionEXPO-2025 in Osaka, Japan operates under the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade under the leadership of the Minister of Economic Development and Trade. Its second meeting was held on March 3, 2025.

The International ExhibitionEXPO-2025 in Osaka, Japan will be held from April 13 to October 13, 2025 with the participation of 161 countries and 9 international organizations and is expected to be visited by more than 28 million people.

The Exhibition will be held under the motto "Designing a Future Society for Us", and Tajikistan has chosen the themes "Saving Life" and "Connecting Life", taking into account the initiatives and proposals of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, esteemed Emomali Rahmon in the field of protection of glaciers and water resources.

At the meeting, responsible representatives of ministries and departments presented reports on the work done, including the design of the country's pavilion, transportation of a range of goods and products, presentation of investment opportunities, samples and images of national culture, as well as the structure of glaciers of the rare nature of the republic.

At the end of the meeting, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade - Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and participation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Exhibition Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin gave specific instructions to responsible persons to take the necessary measures to present the achievements and capabilities of industry and agriculture, tourism and attractions of the country, investment projects, as well as to prepare for sending the official delegation of the republic.
