Meeting of the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan with the Ambassador of Latvia

  

Today, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Vosidiyon Farhod Sadullo held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia with residence in Tashkent Reinis Troksha.

 

Vosidiyon F. S. emphasized the role of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, respected Emomali Rahmon in strengthening stability and developing international cooperation, and noted that the constructive policy of the top leadership of Tajikistan has created a solid foundation for expanding cooperation with various countries, especially Latvia.

During the meeting, the issue of expanding economic and trade cooperation was discussed. The sides drew attention to the development of bilateral relations and stressed the need to strengthen relations in priority sectors.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of developing bilateral trade and attracting investments, and called the expansion of economic cooperation the main factor in increasing trade and industrial opportunities.

At the end of the meeting, both sides expressed interest in strengthening economic cooperation and implementing joint projects, and expressed their willingness to expand ties in various sectors.
