On September 29, 2023, within the framework of the fourth meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission of Tajikistan and Qatar on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin met with the Executive Director of the Qatar Development Fund Khalifa bin Jasim al-Kuwari.

On September 28, 2023, under the leadership of the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Solehzoda Ashurboy, with the participation of the regional representative of the World Bank Mr. Obert Pimidzai and members of the Council from among representatives of ministries, departments and development partners, a regular meeting of the Council for the Expansion of the Middle Class of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan was held.

On September 28, 2023, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Nuriddinzoda Ahliddin Nuriddin took part and spoke at the first E-Commerce Forum in Central Asia, which took place in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.
