On December 25, 2024, in pursuance of the instructions and orders of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, in the direction of reducing the impact of potential risks on the national economy, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, under the leadership of First Deputy Minister Solehzoda Ashurboy Abduvahid, held a regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Headquarters for Coordinating the Implementation of Macroeconomic Policy and Preventing the Impact of Potential Risks on the National Economy on the topic "Strengthening the tourism potential of the republic and the proper organization of promotion and stimulation of industry development opportunities."

On December 18, 2024, the seventh meeting of the Tajik-Azerbaijani Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation was held in Dushanbe city with the participation of official delegations of the two countries headed by the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin and the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan Boboev Mukhtor.

On December 18, the 15th Congress of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan was held in Kokhi Borbad complex under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Chairman of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, with the participation of 1473 delegates from all cities and districts of the country.
