Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon met the President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping
In the afternoon, at the Dushanbe International Airport, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon warmly and sincerely met the President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping, who arrived in Tajikistan on a state visit and to take part in the Fifth Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia.
During the meeting, the Head of State Emomali Rahmon welcomed the President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping upon his arrival in Tajikistan. It was expressed confidence that the results of the work of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia will contribute to strengthening and expanding the relations of cooperation of the countries of the region and the solution of topical issues of the world community.
It is foreseen that on June 15, the President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, will take part in the work of the international event, will meet and hold talks with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
