Signing ceremony of the Agreement on Financing of the "Mother and Child Health and Emergency Medical Care" program, Phase VI.

Today, on October 18th 2019, at the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan with the participation of Minister Mr. Nematullo Hikmatullozoda and head of the German development Bank (KfW) in the Republic of Tajikistan Dr. Andreas Schneider was held the signing ceremony of the Agreement on financing the "Maternal and child Health and Emergency medical care" program, phase VI.

The total amount of this agreement is 9 mln. Euros. The funds allocated for the implementation of this program will be used to finance the construction and reconstruction, as well as for the purchase of medical and non-medical equipment for the non-anthological and maternity departments of the Tajik National Research Institute (TNII) in Dushanbe.

The signed agreement was prepared on the basis of the Agreement between the government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on financial cooperation for 2016-2017.
