Minister of Economic Development and Trade took part in the solemn events on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Panj district

In order to fulfill the instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity- Leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Emomali Rahmon, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin made a working visit to participate in the events of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and got acquainted with the situation of socio-economic spheres of the Panj district, the living conditions of the population and the process of creative and constructing works from September 6 to 10, 2021.

During the visit, 6 holiday facilities were opened by Zavqizoda Z. A. including additional classes at 2 educational institutions, a central library, a drinking water line, a dairy store and a reception service at the entrance of the district.

It should be noted that with the commissioning of 16 additional classes at secondary educational institutions No. 42 and No. 44, 400 seats were created for pupils.

At the same time, a new building of the central library of the district was opened, which has 2 halls of the book fund with more than 70 thousand books, 1 large reading room with 20 t seats, 1 administrative room, and will continue to provide high-level services to residents of the district.

With the commissioning of drinking water lines, the total length of which is 43 km, more than 2.8 thousand residents of the village of Safedoron of the Ozodagon rural jamoat were provided with drinking water.

Next to the district dairy plant, the entrepreneur built and commissioned a store selling dairy products.

At the entrance to the district, a building was built for receiving guests, including a rest house, memorial plaques with portraits of heroes of Tajikistan, national shrines, decorative trees were installed around the house.

Most of these facilities were built and put into operation by residents of the district, generous people and entrepreneurs of the district.

During the commissioning of the marked facilities, Zavqizoda Z. A. thanked and congratulated on the 30th anniversary of State Independence and the beginning of the school year and wished success in the life and well-being of the residents of villages and jamoats of the district on behalf of the Leader of the nation H.E. Emomali Rahmon, the Government of the country and the leadership of the Ministry.

Also in the Panj district with the participation and congratulatory speech of Zavqizoda Z. A. military parade was held in honor of the 30th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

More than 1,600 officers and soldiers of the military unit, the training center, the district reserve headquarters and various military equipment took part in the parade.

During the visit, Zavqizoda Z. A. also took part in the circumcision ceremony of more than 100 orphans and low-income families of the district, which was held on the initiative of entrepreneurs and generous people, and presented material and financial gifts to orphans and disabled children.

The leadership of the ministry also spoke at a solemn meeting and, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, congratulated the residents of the region on the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

It was noted that over the years of independence, the Republic of Tajikistan, under the Founder of Peace and National Unity- Leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Emomali Rahmon, along with complete peace and stability, has achieved sustainable development in the socio-economic sphere.

Zavqizoda Z. A. presented state awards to 3 residents of the district, including 2 medals "For Merit" and 1 anniversary medal "30 years of State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan", which were awarded by the respected Leader of the nation.

In continuation, taking into account the valuable contribution and constant support and assistance in the improvement and construction work of the Pyanj region, Zavqizoda Z.A. was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Chairman of the Khatlon Region and the Certificate of Appreciation of the Chairman of the Panj district.

Also, 30 workers, activists and veterans were awarded with letters of gratitude and other memorable gifts.

The festive event was completed by the performance of the region's cultural workers at a high organizational level.

At the same time, with the participation of the leadership of the ministry and residents of the district, a high-level procession of more than 10 thousand people took place on the central street and a theatrical and cultural program at the district stadium. Zavqizoda Z.A. congratulated the residents of the district on the 30th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and wished them success.

It should be noted that in the congratulatory speeches of the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, detailed information was provided to residents about the significant achievements of the socio-economic sphere of the country and the region over 30 years of state independence.
