Allocation of funds to sectors of the national economy was discussed at a meeting with the Minister of Finance of Saudi Arabia

As part of the annual meetings of the Islamic Development Bank group, which continue on May 10-13, 2023 in the city of Jeddah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) from the Republic of Tajikistan Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin met with the Minister of Finance of Saudi Arabia Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan.

It was noted that thanks to the wise policy of the leaders of both states, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon and the King of Saudi Arabia, His Majesty Salman ibn Abdulaziz Oli - Saud rose to a high level of trade and economic relations between the two countries and included all priority areas.

During the meeting, Zavqizoda Z. A. thanked the Minister of Finance of Saudi Arabia for financing the sectors of the national economy and requested that he facilitate the attraction of financing for the priority sectors of the country, especially energy and green economy, from the Saudi Arabia Development Fund, the Islamic Development Bank Group and the Arab Coordinating groups.

From the side of the Minister of Finance of Saudi Arabia, this request was accepted positively.
