In honor of National Flag Day, a solemn meeting was held at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade

On November 24, 2023, a ceremonial meeting of employees of the central apparatus and subsectors of the Ministry was held at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade on the occasion of the National Flag Day of the Republic of Tajikistan. The event was opened and congratulated by those present on behalf of the leadership of the ministry in honor of the National Flag Day of the Republic of Tajikistan, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade  Salehzoda A. A.

Noting that the State Flag is one of the important symbols of state independence and modern statehood, the embodiment of the history and pillars of statehood of the Tajik people, at the same time personifying the goals and aspirations of the entire people of Tajikistan.

As the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, has repeatedly emphasized: “The state flag unites the inhabitants of our country for the improvement and creation of the Motherland, expands and strengthens their national feeling, patriotic pride, and self-knowledge.”

The leading specialist of the Department of Foreign Economic Cooperation of the Ministry, Ilhomzoda Izzatullo, spoke at the meeting about the meaning and history of the State Flag.

The event was held in a solemn atmosphere with tribute to our national, cultural, historical and political values.
