The Minister of Economic Development and Trade took part in the celebration of the International Holiday of Navruz in the Pаnj district
In order to fulfill the instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin, on March 22, 2024, took part and spoke at events dedicated to the international holiday of Navruz in the Panj district.
Zavqizoda Z. A. at the event congratulated the residents of the region on the international holiday of Navruz on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and noted that under the wise leadership of the Founder of peace and national unity - the Leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, along with peace and stability, sustainable economic development Cities and regions of the country are periodically improved, including the Panj district, which adds freshness to the image of Navruz of our beloved homeland.
In particular, it was noted that the Social and Economic Development Program of the Panj region for 2021-2025 provides for 146 projects worth 317 million somoni. Also, as part of the plan, events dedicated to the 35th anniversary of State Independence are planned; construction and reconstruction of 232 facilities in various industries are planned in the region. Last year, agricultural producers in the region produced 1.6 million somoni worth of agricultural products and contributed to supplying consumer markets with food.
As part of the festive events, Zavqizoda Z. A. and the chairman of the Pyanj district, Shohiyon Z. F. took part in the opening of a number of festive facilities, including a gym at educational institution No. 36 and 2 medical centers in the rural jamoats of Namuna and Mehvar.
The Minister of Economic Development and Trade and the chairman of the district took part in the exhibition of agricultural products, industry, national cuisine and folk crafts, which was held in the cultural park of the district, and presented financial assistance and memorable gifts to the disabled, orphans, the poor, labor veterans, families of newlyweds and athletes , medals and certificates of honor.
