Participation of the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade in the second Central Asia Forum on Trade Policy

On June 3, 2024, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Nuriddinzoda Ahliddin Nuriddin took part and spoke at the second Central Asia Forum on Trade Policy on the topic “Economic integration through membership in the World Trade Organization”, which took place in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.

Nuriddinzoda A. N. noted that the Republic of Tajikistan, under the wise policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, attaches special importance to expanding multilateral cooperation with the countries of Central Asia, especially within the framework of the World Trade Organization.

At the session, the issue of promoting the integration of Central Asia into the multilateral trading system through accession to the World Trade Organization and the exchange of countries experiences in the process of accession to the World Trade Organization was discussed, and specific proposals were made on the issues mentioned.
