National unity, along with State independence, has created a favorable basis for improving the level and quality of life of the people

On June 25, 2024, a ceremonial meeting was held at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade with the participation of management and employees of the central office in honor of the 27th anniversary of National Unity Day.

Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin, with his opening speech, congratulated those present on the 27th anniversary of National Unity Day.

Zavqizoda Z. A. noted that all the achievements of the period of independence, unity and integrity of the nation were associated precisely with the fruitful activities and strong will of the Founder of peace and national unity - the Leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, and our state has achieved unique successes in the direction sustainable development and ensuring a decent life for our beloved Tajik people.

Zavqizoda Z. A. noting the importance of national unity, restoration of peace, security and tranquility in the republic, the need and preservation of peace and unity, achieved with great difficulty, the role of the General Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and National Accord in bringing the Tajik nation closer together, ensuring the integrity of the Tajik land, thanks to which the foundations for development and progress have been created in Tajikistan, and the republic has achieved significant political, economic and cultural achievements.

In the end, ministry employees were instructed not to lose political vigilance in the field of security, and to constantly strive to protect and strengthen the achievements of National Unity in their work and personal activities.
