The official delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan also included the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Sharifzoda Yusuf Toirali.
Zavqizoda Z. A. noted that, thanks to the wise and far-sighted policies of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and the leaders of the SCO countries, relations between the member states have steadily advanced to a high level. The Republic of Tajikistan considers the development of cooperation within this organization as one of the top priorities of its foreign policy.
As a result, foreign trade between Tajikistan and SCO countries has shown a trend of continuous growth, with more than 70% of Tajikistan's annual trade turnover being attributed to the SCO region.

In this regard, the Strategy for Economic Development of the SCO for the period up to 2030, initiated by Tajikistan, was developed and adopted by the member states. Zavqizoda Z. A. proposed to the meeting participants the development of an action plan for this strategy, focusing on areas such as the digital economy, green energy, e-commerce, the implementation of large infrastructure projects in the energy and transport sectors, innovative industries, and leveraging Tajikistan’s broad transit potential.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation and implement the discussed matters.
