Participation of the Minister of Economic Development and Trade in the celebration of the International Day of Navruz in the Panj district

On March 22, 2025, as part of the implementation of the instructions and orders of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin took part and delivered a speech at the festive events dedicated to the International Day of Navruz in the Panj district of the Khatlon region.

Zavqizoda Z. A. congratulated the residents of the district on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the occasion of this historic holiday of the Tajik people, and noted that during the period of independence, under the wise leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, along with full peace and stability, sustainable development of all socio-economic spheres of cities and districts was ensured. In particular, in just 24 years of independence, the district budget has increased several times, the volume of agricultural production has increased 13 times, industrial production 12 times, and the average salary of residents has increased more than 191 times.

As part of the festive events, Zavqizoda Z. A., together with the acting head of the Panj district Ibrohimiyon A. K., took part in the opening of a number of facilities, including 4 additional classrooms for more than 200 places, a medical center, a fuel sales point and a shopping center in the settlements of the district, congratulating residents on the International Day of Navruz and the commissioning of new facilities.

In addition, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade and the Chairman of the district visited an exhibition of agricultural products, industrial products and folk crafts, which was held in the Culture and Recreation Park of the district, and presented financial assistance to orphans, the disabled and the poor.
