Participation of the delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the panel session "Formation of an interregional investment space: opportunities and prospects" in Kazan
On June 11, 2025, the delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan headed by Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Nasriddinzoda Rukhshona Hikmatullo took part in the panel session on the topic "Formation of an interregional investment space: opportunities and prospects", which was held in Kazan as part of the business program of the expedition "Journey to the Heart of Eurasia".
In her speech, Nasriddinzoda Rukhshona Hikmatullo presented in detail the investment opportunities of the Republic of Tajikistan, emphasizing the country's desire to create a favorable and predictable investment environment, as well as its readiness to expand economic ties with the CIS countries.
Particular attention was paid to priority areas for investment such as green energy, processing industry, agriculture, tourism and the digital economy.
Tajikistan's active role in improving the conditions for mutual investment was also noted within the framework of its chairmanship of the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2025.
In this context, the Deputy Minister noted the importance of a set of measures to attract and stimulate mutual investment in the CIS member states until 2030, approved at the initiative of Tajikistan. This document is aimed at eliminating obstacles in mutual investment activities, harmonizing legislation and creating effective tools to support investors.
Participation in the panel session was an important opportunity to present the economic potential of Tajikistan, strengthen business ties and promote practical initiatives to enhance regional investment cooperation in the Eurasian space.
