Deputy Minister’s meeting with Dr. Khalida Bouzar

On 24 October 2016 in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan was held a meeting between Umed Davlatzod – the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade and Dr. Khalida Bouzar – the Director of Near East, North Africa, Europe and Central Asia Division of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).

During the meeting, which was held in a constructive atmosphere, the sides discussed the issues of cooperation in the sphere of agriculture, as well as food security, rural development and improvement of the living standards of the population.

At the end of the meeting, both sides expressed confidence that cooperation between the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan and the International Fund for Agricultural Development will continue to develop fruitfully.
