Presentation of the economy and trade sectors of the Republic of Tajikistan at the 7th round table of China
September 26, Kazakhstan. In Astana city the "7th China Round Table" was held, at which our country was represented by Mr. Zavkizoda Zavki Amin, the first Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Republic of Tajikistan.
It should be noted that "Round Table of China" is initiated and held by the Government of the People's Republic of China, the Secretariat of the World Trade Organization and one of the member states of this organization.
The purpose of this event is to share experience on the role and contribution of the Eurasian economic community in multilateral trade exchanges, exchange of experience gained in the process of joining of the Eurasian countries to WTO, creation of a platform for negotiations on joint initiatives in the field of trade policy, simplification and expansion of trade of sustainable growth, competitiveness and diversification of the economy.
During the round table, the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin, reviewed the experience of the Republic of Tajikistan in the process of joining to the WTO, the achievements of the country, and the use of existing opportunities within the framework of this Organization.
It should be mentioned that from June 1st to June 5th of 2015 the Third Round Table of China was held in the Republic of Tajikistan.
