Meeting Nematullo Hikmatullozoda with Andrea DallOlio

On December 3, 2018, Minister Nematullo Hikmatullozoda met with the World Bank mission led by Mr. Andrea DallOlio at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the development of the rural economy, including the diversification of agricultural products, the introduction of modern technologies, the construction of greenhouses and refrigerators, places for drying and packaging of products, the creation of new jobs and an increase in the export potential of the country.

Also, during the meeting, the sides discussed the development of tourism, including the creation of a favorable infrastructure, the construction of hotels, the development of small aircraft, shops selling folk crafts and the presentation of historical places to raise them to the international level.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed readiness to develop further cooperation.
