Рӯзи 20 июни соли 2019 тибқи супориши Роҳбари Дастгоҳи иҷроияи Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон аз 28 феврали соли 2019, №17195(29-11) таҳти роҳбарии Муовини якуми Вазири рушди иқтисод ва савдои Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон – Завқизода Завқӣ Амин мизи мудаввари муштарак бо Шарикони Рушд бо мақсади ҷалби маблағгузории Нақшаи чорабиниҳо оид ба ҳамоҳангсозии амалишавии сиёсати макроиқтисодӣ ва пешгирии таъсири хавфҳои эҳтимолӣ ба иқтисодиёти миллӣ ва 300 рӯзи ислоҳот баргузор гардид.
