On 23-27 September 2019 in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan the project of the First Trade PolicyReview (TPR) of the Republic of Tajikistan in the World Trade Organization (WTO) was developed by the official delegation of the WTO Secretariat and the representatives of the relevant ministries and agencies, private sector and international organizations.

On September 27, 2019, at the Serena hotel in Dushanbe, on the initiative of the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, a round table was held for representatives of state structures and subjects of free economic zones on the theme "Problems and prospects of business development in FEZ". Deputy Minister of economic development and trade Tojiddin Jurazoda opened the meeting.

Today, in Dushanbe, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan, the Chairman of Tajikistan’s People's Democratic Party Emomali Rahmon addressed the plenary session of the Central Executive Committee of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan.
