Celebration of the 30th anniversary of State Independence at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade

Today, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan hosted an event in honor of the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry, representatives of the State Security Committee, employees of the central office and subordinate institutions.

The event was opened by the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin who warmly congratulated participants on the Independence Day.

Zavqizoda Z. A. noted that all the achievements of the period of Independence, unity and cohesion of the nation were connected with the fruitful activity and strong will of the Founder of peace and national unity - Leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, H.E. Emomali Rahmon, and our state has achieved unique results towards sustainable development and ensuring a decent life for our beloved Tajikistan.

It was also noted that in the difficult global and regional situation, the protection of the achievements of the State Independence, especially peace, stability and national unity is the task of every citizen and employee of the Ministry, and to this end, the Ministry's employees should further strengthen political vigilance and security.

At the end of the event, by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, 39 employees of the central office of the Ministry, the state institution "National Patent and Information Center" of the Ministry, free economic zones, departments, sectors of economy and trade, executive state authorities of cities and districts of the country were awarded the certificate of honor for their worthy contribution to the activities of the Ministry.
