Meeting of the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan with the President of the Eurasian Patent Office of the Eurasian Patent Organization

On June 6, 2023, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin met with the President of the Eurasian Patent Office of the Eurasian Patent Organization Ivliev Grigory Petrovich.

During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on strengthening ties in topical areas of bilateral cooperation and on important issues on the international and regional agenda in the field of intellectual property, as well as on continuing the implementation of relevant programs to strengthen the human resources of industry experts and exchange experience in this direction, support technology parks and innovation centers, incentives for inventors and the subsequent implementation of registered inventions.

It was emphasized that the Republic of Tajikistan is an important member of the Eurasian Patent Organization and plays a key role in addressing important issues of Eurasian integration in the field of intellectual property.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further expand mutually beneficial cooperation.
