Participation of the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan in a high-level event related to the report on the work plan of the Organization for Regional Economic Cooperation in Central Asia (CAREC)

On June 13, 2023, in Tbilisi, Georgia, a joint meeting of the Regional Trade Group (RTG) and the Customs Cooperation Committee (CCC) of the Central Asian Regional Economic Cooperation Organization (CAREC) was held, which was attended by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Nasriddinzoda Rukhshona Hikmatullo.

At this event, participants discussed issues related to customs modernization, trade facilitation, sanitary and phytosanitary measures (SPS), digitalization of trade and other inclusive initiatives under the CAREC 2030 Comprehensive Trade Program (CITA), approval of the commercial sector report in 2023 year, as well as the strategic action plan (RSAP) for 2023-2025.
