The 17th meeting of the Coordination Committee on Trade Facilitation took place

On October 12, 2023, the 17th meeting of the Coordination Committee for Facilitation of Trade Procedures was held under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Nuriddinzoda Ahliddin Nuriddin.

At the meeting, issues related to monitoring the implementation of assigned tasks, problems of the textile industry, adaptation of the Financial Index of Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Tajikistan to the 7th interpretation of the Coordination System of Classification and Coding of Goods, etc. were discussed.

Nuriddinzoda A.N. noted that in order to fulfill the instructions and instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, a number of significant works have been carried out in the country in these areas, which are directly aimed at simplifying trade procedures, and the ministries and The departments, together with the private sector and development partners, regularly take practical measures within the framework of the Coordination Committee on Trade Facilitation.

Also during the meeting, a free dialogue took place between representatives of government and the private sector.

Following the meeting, the Coordination Committee for Facilitation of Trade Procedures made relevant decisions regarding the agenda of the meeting and sent them to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for further action.
