Clarification of the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the regulation of celebrations and rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan" and "On responsibility for the education and upbringing of a child"

  

On September 26, 2024, at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, under the leadership of Nuriddinzod Ahliddin Nuriddin, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, a meeting was held with the participation of an employee of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1st Rank Justice Adviser Umarova Bibirajab Mahmadqulovna to clarify the requirements of the Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the regulation of celebrations and rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan"and "On responsibility for the education and upbringing of a child."

Nuriddinzoda A. N. noted that the purpose of this meeting is to inform all employees of the Ministry about the changes made to the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the regulation of celebrations and rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan" and "On responsibility for the education and upbringing of a child."
In connection with the need to adopt these laws in a new version, the representative of the Prosecutor General's Office Umarova B. M. noted every change made to the laws.
At the end of the event, there was a discussion and questions between employees of the Ministry and a representative of the Prosecutor General's Office.
