The Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan met with the Director of the Eurasian Development Bank in Tajikistan
On April 7, 2025, a meeting took place at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan between the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin, and the Director of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) in Tajikistan, Yakunin Vladimir Nikolaevich.
At the beginning of the meeting, Zavqizoda Z. A. noted that, thanks to the wise and far-sighted policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, esteemed Emomali Rahmon, cooperation with all international financial organizations is being strengthened today, including with the EDB, in attracting financing for priority sectors of the national economy.
Zavqizoda Z. A. also emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation within the framework of existing EDB projects and called for their implementation.
In turn, Yakunin V. N. expressed gratitude for the warm and sincere reception and noted that the EDB supports the comprehensive implementation of the ministry's proposals for financing priority projects.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue regular dialogue to ensure constant monitoring of project implementation and further strengthen economic and investment cooperation.
