Meeting of the Minister with Peter Burian

On 23 January 2017, at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade was held a meeting between the Minister, Nematullo Hikmatullozoda and the European Union Special Representative for Central Asia, Mr. Peter Burian.

During the meeting, which was held in a constructive atmosphere, the sides discussed the goals and priorities of the National Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2030 and Meduim-term Development Program of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period 2016-2020, as well as issues of bilateral cooperation in the sphere of agriculture, health and education.

At the end of the meeting, the sides expressed confidence that cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the European Union will continue to develop fruitfully.
