On November 28, 2023, in Brussels, Belgium, under the chairmanship of the Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin and the Head of the Department for Central Asia, the European Commission, Luc Devine, the second round of negotiations took place related to the consideration of the “Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the European Union."

On November 28, 2023 in Brussels, Belgium, at the meeting of the Minister of Economic Development and Trade with the Advisor to the Director General for International Cooperation of the European Union Commission, Henrik Hololey, special attention was paid to the development of economic and transport corridors of Tajikistan and Central Asia and regional integration in general.

On November 28, 2023, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin, met with the Deputy Director General of the European Union Commission for Central Asia, Ms. Dora Correia, and discussed expanding cooperation in the areas of trade, economics, industry, green economy, digitalization, energy, transport and logistics, environment and climate change between Tajikistan and the European Union.
