On November 27, 2023, in Brussels, Belgium, the tenth meeting of the Committee on Cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the European Union was co-chaired by the Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin and the Head of the Department of Central Asia, the European Commission, Luc Devin.

On November 28, the XXIII meeting of the Advisory Council on improving the investment climate was held under the chairmanship of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of the Council, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, with the participation of Council members, representatives of relevant ministries and agencies, development partners, and domestic and foreign entrepreneurs and investors.

On November 24, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, visited the Exhibition of the United Nations  Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA) in the city of Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan.
