On November 23, 2023, within the framework of the 18th session of the Governing Council of the United Nations Special Program for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA), a meeting was held between the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin, and the Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), Ms. Tatyana Molchan.
